WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As we advance our Finance function transformation, this role will play a key role in driving GPO initiatives in the Corporate Accounting space, focusing on end-to-end process optimization and executing the transformation roadmap. The ideal candidate excels in translating business requirements into actionable process changes, driving organizational adoption, compliance, and change management. A strong analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and expertise in process improvement are essential for delivering impactful results.

  • Knowledge of shared delivery governance frameworks, process standardization, and best practices in Record-to-Report (R2R) function
  • Project management experience, including developing and executing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Project Management Certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance measurement, strategy alignment, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across teams.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to evolving business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • Act as the Process Excellence expert, responsible for improving Record-to-Report processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  • Evaluate current processes to identify improvement areas, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies. Gather and analyze data on process performance and create flowcharts and process maps to visualize and optimize processes.
  • Conduct regular process reviews to ensure compliance with global standards, identifying deviations and defining standardization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, maintain the transformation roadmap, and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and design optimal end-to-end processes, including policies, controls, reporting, and SOPs.
  • Support the implementation of process changes and operational improvements.
  • Facilitate global process adoption by maintaining process workflows and procedures, developing training materials, and creating transparent communication plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business and functional partners to foster effective change management, ensuring high adoption rates and minimizing resistance to transformation efforts.
