The Print/Hardware Support Analyst is responsible for providing support to Global Managed Print Services, Global Manufacturing Print teams print ensuring high availability, security, end user experience, and efficiency across all print services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provided support to both Managed Print Services infrastructure and Operations team.
- Assist with global HP managed print fleet RF devices and Zebra printers, including monochrome and color utilization tracking.
- Assist with coordinating device placement, lease management, and end-of-life processing.
- Support technical standards, documentation, and training for print support teams.
- Interface with ITSM systems for asset tracking and incident resolution.
- Support migration and reduce stranded costs in legacy environments.
- Proven experience with HP Secure Print and enterprise print environments.
- Proven experience with HP DCC (Device Control Center)
- Proven experience with RF devices and Zebra printer support.
- Excellent communication, and project leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of ITSM tools and asset lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in print operations or IT infrastructure management.
- Ability to cross-functional teams and manage third-party service providers.
