Who will you be working with?
Our global Sales Operations and Pricing team is a cross-functional group that collaborates with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT. This team ensures pricing data integrity, policy adherence, and strategic execution across all regions and business units. You’ll work closely with regional pricing leaders and IT/ERP teams to support pricing-related system configurations and analytics, enabling consistent and accurate pricing operations worldwide.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Global Sales Operations and Pricing division, you will be responsible for transforming complex global pricing data into actionable insights and executing core pricing processes. You will support leadership decision-making through advanced analytics, maintain pricing data integrity across ERP systems, and lead strategic and tactical pricing initiatives. Your work will directly impact pricing governance, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring accurate and efficient pricing execution globally.
What will your typical day look like?
- Manage and govern global pricing data infrastructure across ERP, CRM, CPQ systems.
- Perform advanced pricing analytics including margin leakage, price sensitivity, and competitive positioning.
- Lead annual price increase processes and implement approved price changes.
- Maintain accurate pricing master data and support New Product Introduction (NPI) pricing setup.
- Audit pricing data for compliance and accuracy.
- Build and automate pricing performance dashboards (Power BI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Act as liaison between Pricing and IT/ERP teams for system updates and issue resolution.
What do we want to know about you?
Education: BA/BS in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
Experience: 3+ years in pricing/data analysis within B2B industrial environments, especially with complex go-to-market models.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (formulas, power pivot, macros)
- Power BI and data modeling
- SQL for data profiling and cleansing
- Applied statistical analysis
- ERP master data management (SAP, Netsuite, etc.)
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Team-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
