-To support the development of P&O processes, principles, and guidelines for a small client group, as well as coordinate data analysis and evaluation, in support of the implementation and/or maintenance of processes / services / continuous improvement in scope.
Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Oversee lifecycle activities of associates using Workday and HRCore systems. Act as the key point person in the creation of positions within the organization. Develop and maintain organizational units according to organizational needs and business model.
- Create and maintain structural mapping within the organization for smooth workflow and coordination. Respond promptly to service requests, inquiries, and problems relating to organizational management activities with rapid resolution or suitable escalation.
- Track and monitor service requests, troubleshoot issues, and analyze error queries to identify causes and provide quick solutions. Collaborate with P&O Services stakeholders, including Country Leads and Global Services Lead, to escalate complex issues for resolution.
- Participate in P&O Services projects at the country or business unit level, actively contributing to the enhancement of Organizational Management administration processes and systems.
- Address SNOW cases, ensuring quick response, and resolving inquiries within the defined service level agreement (SLA). Detect trends, program improvements, and service issues related to organizational management activities and propose continuous improvement opportunities to enhance productivity.
- Assist with mass uploads and handle ad-hoc reporting requests.
What you’ll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Prior experience in Workday or HRCore administration is preferable.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Proactive mindset with an inclination for identifying improvement areas.
