Global Payment Operations Analyst
Location: Canada (EST)

Our Global Commerce and Payments operations teams manage over $12 billion in annual payments through our cloud-native commerce platform, purpose-built for the fitness industry. We offer extensive global coverage, powerful technology, intelligent billing, frictionless payment experiences, and unmatched risk and compliance controls. Our clients range from major fitness chains to independent trainers, boutique studios, and health clubs, all supported through our platforms, including Ignite, Glofox, Trainerize, and Evo
THE ROLE:
As a Payments Analyst on the Global Payments Operations team, you will support day-to-day payment operations, including onboarding clients, analyzing and solving clients’ unique payment problems across different countries, and helping to optimize disputes, risk, and fraud issues. You will spearhead initiatives to refine billing and payments processing workflows for the ABC Fitness Glofox and Trainerize platforms, analyze and provide solutions to key global clients, and collaborate on initiatives with other ABC Fitness teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations. This role is critical for supporting our business and our largest clients to expand globally.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Operational support for Glofox and Trainerize clients for billing and payments related issues across the payment lifecycle
- Analyze client payments data and trends to develop actions plans and recommendations to improve performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support payments related roadmap initiatives for deploying new capabilities and workflows to operations
- Engage internal teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics Finance, Customer Succes and Payments Operations teams to triage and resolve customer support issues
- Monitor and build alerts for payments workflows to ensure accurate performance
- Constantly and rigorously ideate with a focus on improving payments performance.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a Payments analyst or Operations role
- Experience with payments processing and back-office workflows for ecommerce, SaaS, or billing or payments processing.
- Experience working with Stripe or other payment processor dashboards, reports and back-office tools
- Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail - the ability to dig into large amounts of data and distill actionable insights, good communication and presentation skills
- Experience with data analysis using SQL, dash-boarding using visualization tools
- Ability to work with and navigate cross-functional and global teams

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $45,000 -- $62,000 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
