Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human
Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.
This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.
At Okta, partners are a core growth driver. This role sits within the Global Partner Program team, which builds the strategy, tools, and operational muscle that empower our partners to build thriving, high-growth Okta practices.
We’re looking for an operational Partner Program Manager to take ownership of the global program framework across APJ. While this role aligns with global strategy to ensure consistency and scale, you will be the ultimate regional owner for program adoption, friction removal, and execution across APJ.
The ideal candidate is a high-bias-for-action operator—someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, dives deep into data, and takes full accountability for unblocking partners and internal teams alike.
Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Strategy & Adaptation: Own the localization and continuous evolution of the Global Partner Program for APJ. Build direct, tight feedback loops with APJ field teams and partners to identify market gaps, operational friction, and growth opportunities—translating those insights into rapid, high-impact program improvements.
End-to-End Execution & Change Management: Drive high-velocity partner initiatives that directly impact partner productivity and top-line revenue across APJ. Own readiness, launch timing, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption for all regional program releases.
Enablement & Operational Rhythms: Write clear, crisp, and accessible partner resources (including Incentives guides and playbook updates). Drive key operational rhythms, including Partner Advisory Boards, onboarding workflows, and clear partner communications.
Data-Driven Optimization: Define and track tight KPIs across ROI, compliance, and partner-driven revenue. Use analytical tools to uncover deep insights, identify performance bottlenecks, and make data-backed program decisions.
Cross-Functional Ownership: Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to ensure partner programs drive core business priorities. Collaborate globally to capture, refine, and deploy partner productivity playbooks at scale.
Resource & Incentive Management: Manage program investments, including Market Development Funds (MDF) allocations and incentive payouts, maximizing returns on every dollar spent.
3–6 years of partner program or operations experience, ideally within fast-growing tech/SaaS environments.
Bias for Action & High Ownership: Proven track record of managing complex, moving initiatives from strategy to execution without waiting for step-by-step direction.
Strong Operational & Writing Skills: Ability to write concise, easy-to-understand program documentation, partner guides, and executive updates.
Data Literacy & Analytical Depth: Comfortable digging into metrics, finding signals in data, and translating raw numbers into strategic action items.
First-Principles Problem Solver: Excellent judgment and ability to break down complex cross-functional challenges to build simple, scalable solutions.
Cross-Functional Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align, influence, and unblock cross-functional partners at all levels.
Tooling Experience:
Salesforce (SFDC)
Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms (e.g., Impartner)
Google Workspace
Tableau or similar analytics/BI platforms
