The Global Partner Marketing Manager will serve as a key member of the Strategic Partnerships team, developing partner programs within Global Marketing to grow revenue across both our existing partner base and new alliances. Working closely with global marketing demand generation, field marketing, performance metrics, partner sales leaders, and internal global teams, you will develop highly effective marketing campaigns and sales tools. Your day-to-day will involve managing partner marketing portals, managing real estate and retail partners, as well as tracking content development and managing tight timelines utilizing Smartsheet and Monday.com. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating partner sales events and enablement sessions, ultimately driving accountable revenue through our partner ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Global Partnership Support: With a focus on retail and real estate partners and other strategic partnerships as needed, become intimately familiar with each partner's business, growth priorities, value proposition, and customer needs to create highly effective programs and campaign assets. Cultivate strong working relationships with partner marketing teams to collaboratively develop custom sales and marketing programs.

  • Content & Marketplace Management: Lead efforts to identify, engage with, and develop new content, including marketplace management and the tracking of MDFs. Assist in creating and managing a diverse portfolio of customized sales tools, communication assets, and marketing collateral. Depending on the partner, this may include sales training materials, product sheets, in-store retail signage, social media content, newsletters, marketplace listings, pre-commit programs, cloud partnership content, web updates, and presentations.

  • Global Enablement: Communicate effectively with different marketing teams and partner sales members, representing the partner marketing teams to ensure the success of partners is measurable across NA, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

  • Partner Events: Represent the company at industry and partner tradeshows and conferences as needed, managing everything from event concept and strategy to on-site execution with the support of the partner team.

  • Performance Tracking: Establish metrics for all efforts, utilizing analytics and data to continually improve programming via tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Seismic. Manage a defined marketing budget, allocating appropriate resources across partners and providing strategic input for the annual budgeting process and trackers. Create processes and standards for how Iron Mountain onboards, trains, and communicates with partners to drive improved engagement and long-term success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing and/or Strategic Partnerships/Channel Marketing within a product/service-based business.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional, global teams.

  • Strong program and project management skills - use of Smartsheets/Monday.com 

  • Comfortable working directly with global partners and internal teams, possessing excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build credibility with customers.

  • Proven track record of creating and implementing effective sales enablement and marketing programs that increase brand awareness, generate demand, and drive revenue.

  • Creative thinker and data-driven problem solver, marketing operations, KPIs, and metrics measurement.

Preferred candidate:

  • Degree in marketing or business is preferred

  • Experience with Cloud Partnerships Marketing or Sales (hyperscalers: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and managing the Partner Portals & MDF’s.

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, metrics, and dashboards.

  • Experience with Tackle.io, 6sense, Adobe, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively enable and manage strategic partnerships.

Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
