Essential duties and responsibilities
● Develop data-driven partner marketing plans focused on actionable and measurable initiatives that align with pipeline & revenue targets, budgets, and overall business goals.
● Execute tailored go-to-market campaigns (including digital and in-person components) in collaboration with strategic and top-tier partners on a global scale to drive mutual business growth.
● Track, measure and report on program and campaign performance through ongoing reporting, utilizing SFDC and other standard tools used by the Marketing organization.
● Develop strong relationships with members of the Partnership & Alliances team to drive partner success and develop best-in-class marketing with our partners.
● Serve as the primary Kyriba Marketing point of contact for key strategic partners. Foster strong relationships with these partners, understanding their business objectives and aligning marketing activities accordingly.
● Facilitate sales team readiness for partner campaigns and work closely with BDRs and SEs on partner lead follow-up process and attribution tracking on all campaigns.
● Work with the extended marketing team to enhance partner marketing presence and visibility in all marketing vehicles, including communications, collateral, web, and social media activities.
● Work with PR and corporate communications teams to secure timely coverage of partner activity.
● Assist with sponsorship recruitment and management of key partners for KyribaLive events.
● Assist with Partner Summit events.
● Manage partner marketing budget for specific activities.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
● Masters degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
● +7/8 years experience in partner marketing, alliance management, or related roles within the technology/software industry.
● Marketing campaigns management experience.
● Experience building sales enablement content (including case studies, fact sheets, sales decks, and educational material) is preferred.
● Global experience preferred, with an understanding of regional marketing dynamics.
● Fluency in English required. Working knowledge of secondary languages is strongly preferred.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a self-starter.
● Excellent interpersonal & communication skills for developing strong relationships.
● Ability to travel 20% of the time - domestically and internationally as required.
Base compensation for this role is: $140,400.00 - $177,825.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
