We are looking for a senior, globally-minded Organic Social Lead to own and orchestrate PayJoy’s organic social presence across all markets. This is a strategic, cross-market leadership role responsible for unifying brand voice, setting direction for local agencies, and turning organic social into a measurable driver of brand equity and demand.
The ideal candidate combines strong brand sensibility with a data-informed approach to impact, the ability to lead external agencies across multiple markets, and the autonomy to operate with a truly global scope. This is not a content-execution role; it is about orchestration, governance, and connecting organic social to business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Global Organic Social Strategy & Brand Leadership
Define and own the global organic social strategy, ensuring one consistent brand voice across all markets while allowing for local relevance.
Build the global content and channel framework that local teams and agencies operate within (playbooks, guidelines, calendars, approval flows).
Partner with the Brand Marketing Director to translate brand and business strategy into a distinctive organic social presence.
Stay ahead of platform and cultural trends, bringing best-in-class organic social practices into the organization.
Move the organization from fragmented, independent execution toward unified, centrally governed organic social.
Agency & Cross-functional Leadership
Lead and coordinate local social agencies across all markets, setting unified direction, standards, and ways of working.
Establish quality standards, review workflows, and feedback frameworks for organic social across markets.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Performance, Lifecycle, Content, and Commercial teams.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring brand alignment and consistent execution.
Business Impact & Measurement
Lower CAC by building owned demand through a strong, coordinated organic presence that performance channels would otherwise have to pay for.
Generate qualified interest that can be redirected to retail/physical and D2C funnels where applicable per market.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
6+ years in organic/social media, with proven experience leading social strategy at a regional or global level (not single-market).
Demonstrated success managing external agencies and aligning multiple markets under one brand direction.
Experience connecting organic social to commercial outcomes (demand generation, funnel contribution, CAC efficiency).
