Verisure is seeking a talented, hands-on and passionate Supply Chain Intern to join our Global Order desk team. The role will report to the Global Order Desk Lead. The main goal of this department is to efficiently and accurately process and manage our internal customer orders ensuring timely fulfilment. This role will contribute to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, maintain correct inventories in the country, improve established processes and accompany our internal customer in their continuous growth. The role will be based in Madrid.

The Global Order Desk Intern will be deeply involved in daily operations and continuous Improvement.
Responsibilities will include, among others:
- Support the validation of internal customer orders by following the established Order Validation process.
- Assist in prioritizing orders based on urgency and internal customer needs, under the guidance of the team.
- Help manage order changes and cancellations, ensuring updates are accurately reflected in the system with proper oversight.
- Assist in managing the necessary materials for installation and maintenance activities within the country, contributing to service level fulfillment.
- Support demand and supply management tasks, helping align them with the country’s budget processes as directed by the team responsible.
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports, gathering data and indicators related to operational progress.
- Provide support during the implementation of new ERP developments, helping with internal and external communication, documentation, or basic testing.
- Assist in ERP parameterization, following instructions from the Customer Management department and learning the related systems and processes.

- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
- Very high level of English and Spanish (spoken, written and read).
- Knowledge of the Excel tool.
