As a Global Operations Sr Analyst, you will have complete oversight and accountability for the courier earnings budget, which is the most important cost P&L line at Rappi.As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
You will be responsible for three things:
Budget allocation at a city/daily basis
Budget tracking at a city/daily basis
Identify red flags and if necessary align with key stakeholders more sources of funding
Courier payment is crucial for letting the company grow and also to have healthy financial results so you will be working on one of the most important areas of the organization.
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
Education level: bachelor's degree in Economics or industrial engineering
Experience: 2+ years of operations management experience
Data-driven mindset, hands-on attitude, and proven background as problem-solver. Strong
leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to
translate quantitative findings into action plans
Project management experience engaging multidisciplinary teams
English and Spanish required
Proficiency with Gsheets/Excel
