What You'll Do:
- The Global Operations Manager is charged with making sure GBT achieves high quality of service, owns & meets the pre-agreed business plan deliverables and ensures key operational performance metrics are met.
- The Global Operations Manager is in charge of liaising with the consulting team, to make sure deliveries go as planned, and monitors the savings guarantee is in line with the contract. This requires a daily monitoring of traveler care production, to track all savings offered by GBT to the customer.
- Overall, the Global Operations Manager will be accountable for the success of the program and will be in charge to have different lines of business work together with a customer focus approach.
- Single senior management point of contact for the Travel Manager
- Be the senior management point person for GBT internally and take accountability to remedy any service failures.
- Leads the automation effort with technology & operational teams, to increase GBT’s efficiency
- Ensures consistent communication across all markets & teams
- Ensure BCP, audit and compliance requirements are met
- Manage the overall customer experience and liaise with Quality Teams to understand root cause of issues and complaints and drive improvements
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of operations and / or account management experience
- Extensive client facing experience
- Broad and deep knowledge of complex global Travel Service Delivery operations & processes
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance growth, retention and profitability business goals against operational constraints and risk.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including written & oral communication skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously
- Strong influencing skills internally & externally
- A campaigning and inclusive style of leadership supported by clear understandable strategies with a strong focus on results.
- Highly credible people leader able to effectively manage and grow in a matrix management structure.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The US national base salary range for this position is from
$88,200.00 - $163,800.00The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
