Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and roll out global SOPs/playbooks, opening checklists, and readiness gates; adapt frameworks to local regulations and constraints.
- Stand up the tooling backbone—beginning with JIRA—including workflows, templates, dashboards, and training; serve as admin and coach for site teams.
- Lead new-site launches as a player-coach PMO: manage timelines, critical paths, risk and issue logs, and cross-functional coordination (Facilities, IT, Finance, Legal, Brand).
- Establish the global KPI framework and operating cadence: run weekly/monthly operations reviews; own dashboards for time-to-launch, launch readiness, utilization ramp, NPS/CSAT, incident SLA/MTTR, audit pass rate, and budget variance.
- Co-manage financial performance with the Club Director and Site Managers: standardize budgets and forecasts, consolidate site P&Ls, track variances, and drive corrective actions.
- Create the initial Partner Benefits Network: define categories, value propositions, onboarding flows; pilot offers and measurement (including Club Points earn/spend); document foundations for eventual transition to Partnerships.
- Set vendor frameworks: preferred partners, contract standards, SLAs, and evaluation processes; support local vendor selection and onboarding.
- Design and deliver training and certification for Site, Events, Community, and Technical roles; maintain SOPs, runbooks, and a global knowledge base.
- Lead the audit and QA program: site health checks, compliance reviews, post-incident and post-launch debriefs, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Operate as an individual contributor with no initial direct reports—comfortable working hands-on to solve operational problems and support teams in real time.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years in multi-site operations or program management (coworking, hospitality, retail, venues, or related fields), including 3+ years building processes, training, and metrics at scale.
- Demonstrated experience launching and scaling multiple physical sites; strong command of critical path management and cross-functional dependencies.
- Strong financial acumen: unit economics, budgeting, forecasting, variance tracking; experience consolidating site P&Ls into a global view.
- Excellent systems and tooling capability: JIRA (required) for workflows, boards, dashboards; strong Google Sheets; experience with Confluence/Notion and BI tools (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI) is advantageous.
- Data-driven operator with proven ability to define KPIs, maintain reporting cadence, and convert insights into operational improvements.
- Vendor and partner management experience, including drafting SLAs and performance evaluation frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and change-management skills; confident training frontline teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Based in Israel or Cyprus, with the ability to travel 20–30% for launches, audits, and site support; must have existing work authorization in country of residence.
