Job Description
We are looking for a professional to support Sales Territory and Customer Marketing Attribution (Customer Segmentation) processes, ensuring data quality, standardized global operations, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate customer segmentation data, enabling timely and reliable sales performance reporting, and driving process improvements across regions.
You will report to the Team Lead, External Data and Segmentation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Govern and maintain critical account attributes (Industry, Customer Type, Segment) in SAP CRM and Salesforce.
- Monitor attribute data quality using Power BI dashboards and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align on critical attribute changes.
- Review and finalize proposed territory assignment changes in the Goal Setting system and update records.
- Create, merge, and modify APR (Area of Primary Responsibility) boundaries using geolocation tools.
- Maintain and update partner APR boundaries and maps in geolocating tools.
- Test and push mapping changes between DEV and PROD environments.
- Create and modify Sales Office Hierarchy (SOH) in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with regional counterparts to ensure operational excellence.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, Hubspot).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and/or Power BI for handling and analyzing large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written in English).
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
- Experience working with Anaplan.
- Familiarity with D&B SIC codes.
- Hands-on experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ESRI).
