About the role:
The Manufacturing Process Definition & Improvement, Director is responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and product outputs. This role involves defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to meet quality requirements, auditing and monitoring processes, and reporting on deviations and defects. By optimizing manufacturing processes, this role contributes to the overall efficiency and quality of Takeda's operations.
How you will contribute:
* Define and specify activities, processes, and standards to meet quality requirements
* Audit and monitor processes and product outputs against defined standards
* Conduct product integrity testing and ensure compliance with corporate and customer quality requirements
* Report on process deviations and defects
* Lead project teams to achieve milestones and objectives
* Develop and implement new products, processes, standards, or operational plans
* Communicate with leadership and serve as the primary contact for contracts and operations
