The IT Network Solutions Architect will be responsible to design, implement, and oversee innovative network solutions that align with our business objectives and technology strategies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in network architecture, security, and cloud/hybrid environments, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective network designs.

This role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore Location.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Architecture & Design
Develop, design, and implement advanced enterprise network solutions (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, data center, and cloud connectivity).
Create high-level and detailed technical designs, network diagrams, and documentation.
Ensure network architectures meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
Technology Leadership
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance infrastructure efficiency and resilience.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for network technologies, guiding engineering and operations teams.
Collaborate with security architects to design robust and compliant solutions.
Implementation & Delivery
Lead the deployment of network solutions in enterprise and hybrid cloud environments.
Provide technical leadership in RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and solution selection.
Oversee proof-of-concept testing and solution validation.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work with cross-functional teams (security, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams) to deliver integrated solutions.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding network strategies.
Operational Excellence
Ensure network architecture adheres to best practices for availability, security, and disaster recovery.
Contribute to the development of standards, policies, and procedures for network design and operations.
Provide escalation-level support for complex issues during project deployments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, TOGAF, AWS/Azure Networking Specialty are highly desirable.
10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, including at least 3 years in an architecture/design role.
Strong background in routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, SD-WAN, and wireless technologies from Cisco, HPE Aruba, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, etc
Proven experience in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
Familiarity with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, Terraform) is a plus.
