As a Global Multimedia Operations Lead in Workplace Services Operations, you will oversee regional leads and drive global consistency in multimedia operations. You will partner with product teams, manage financials, and ensure robust risk and controls frameworks. Your role is pivotal in optimizing services, implementing innovative solutions, and maintaining a secure, reliable collaboration environment. You will help shape the future of multimedia operations, working closely with global peers and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regional leads and vendor support to ensure global consistency in engagement, support, platforms, and controls
  • Manage and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for collaboration spaces
  • Partner with product teams for early engagement of new products and enhancements
  • Incorporate supportability requirements into all product offerings
  • Manage global financials, including day-to-day expenses and forecasting
  • Collaborate with finance partners to secure budgets for organizational objectives
  • Drive a robust risk and controls framework, prioritizing transparency and documentation
  • Lead the team through global audits, demonstrating strong risk and controls aptitude
  • Develop internal tooling strategies to bridge external vendors with ticketing and support platforms
  • Prioritize efficiency, automation, and controls in tooling and automation strategies
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance services using AI and innovative methodologies
