Summary
We are looking for a Global MSP Lead to drive the growth and evolution of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) business worldwide. This is a high-impact role where strategy meets execution. You will shape how we scale our MSP ecosystem, enable regional teams, and accelerate revenue through partners.Job description
You will work across regions and functions to identify market opportunities, build scalable partner models, and ensure our MSP strategy translates into real, measurable results.
The role requires deep expertise in the IT security market, strong experience within MSP ecosystems, and the ability to operate across cross-regional, matrixed environments while influencing without direct authority.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Global MSP Strategy
- Define and execute the MSP part of channel strategy aligned with business goals
- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities in the MSP ecosystem
- Develop tailored regional strategies and communicate it to markets, handle the objections and secure buy-in and local execution
- Identify high-potential markets and lead expansion initiatives
Build and Scale MSP Partnerships
- Establish scalable partner engagement models to increase adoption and performance
- Collaborates with local channel managers to develop local sales teams responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and developing MSP partners
- Contribute to building and scaling MSP-focused roles and capabilities across regions with focus on NORAM
Enable Local Teams
- Define impactful content for enablement materials, playbooks, and training programs, coordinate the delivery of the content with other internal teams
- Help sales teams effectively position and sell MSP solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor and “go-to” expert for MSP-related topics
Drive Performance and Execution
- Own MSP planning processes and track performance against key KPIs
- Deliver forecasts, business reviews, and executive-level reporting
- Launch and manage global sales initiatives and programs
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvements to drive revenue growth
Collaborate Across Company
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement teams
- Aling with channel team on priorities for markets, share finding and inputs with Global SMB Lead
- Provide market feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategy
- Ensure alignment across global and regional stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
- ~10 years in IT/software, including:
- Strong experience in channel sales or MSP ecosystem
- Background in cybersecurity (e.g., EDR/XDR, email or network security)
- Proven success in recruiting, developing, and scaling MSP or partner ecosystems
- Experience working across regions in a matrix organization
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of MSP business models and channel dynamics
- Experience with direct and indirect sales strategies
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions
- Experience with CRM tools and data analysis (Excel, reporting tools)
