Position Purpose: The International Moving Manager will lead and oversee the company's international relocation business, ensuring the successful planning and execution of high-value residential and corporate moves. This role requires a service-oriented professional who can deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing complex international logistics.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the International Moving division.
  • Manage the complete international relocation process, from planning and packing to storage, transportation, customs coordination, and final delivery.
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions based on customer requirements, selecting the most appropriate transportation methods (air, ocean, or ground).
  • Apply knowledge of Incoterms, international trade regulations, cargo insurance, customs warehouses, and shipping documentation to ensure efficient operations.
  • Negotiate with domestic and international clients, logistics providers, carriers, and other strategic partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 100% bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in international logistics, relocation services, freight forwarding, or international moving operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, international transportation (air, ocean, and ground), cargo insurance, customs procedures, and import/export logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, customer service, and relationship management skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally.
  • US. Visa required.
