Job Description
We’re looking for an Immigration expert who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. If you are a self-starter with a can-do attitude and are interested in joining our team, we want to hear from you! Roles and responsibilities:
Support for Immigration procedures & legalization of document for outbound expat
Enforce company policy and procedures
Maintain and update, when necessary, all company specific documentation
Promote legal compliance
Enforce all company’s programs, policies, and procedures
Accessible to employee for clarification and query handling
Maintenance of regular tracker and Dashboard
Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
Provide administrative support as required Requirements And Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
4+ years experience in Immigrations. Asian Immigration experience is preferred.
Understanding of mission, purpose, and policies of the company
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
Excellent professional communication skills
Qualifications
