About the role

As a Global Mobility Coordinator (Contract), you'll be an important point of contact for employees going through US & international moves or immigration processes. Your work will include organizing documents, tracking case updates, and staying on top of key deadlines. You'll communicate with team members, legal partners, and new hires-helping ensure that everyone has the information and support they need. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, is comfortable with ambiguity/shifting priorities, enjoys working with people and making a difference in employees' global journeys.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for international relocations, assignments, and permanent transfers.
  • Coordinate and track immigration case statuses including visas, work permits, and renewals.
  • Liase between employees, internal stakeholders, and external immigration/legal vendors.
  • Collect and organize required documentation for visa applications and immigration filings.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in immigration and mobility tracking systems (e.g., spreadsheets, HRIS).
  • Support the onboarding of international new hires requiring immigration sponsorship.
  • Monitor case deadlines, flag expirations, and escalate urgent issues to the Program Manager.
  • Help with cost tracking, invoicing, and compliance reporting.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding relocation or immigration procedures.
  • Help prepare assignment letters, support letters, and communication templates.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of mobility and immigration processes.

In the role of Global Mobility Coordinator (Contract) you will report to the Global Mobility Program Manager.

This is a remote opportunity for applicants near our Dallas, Los Angeles and San Francisco location.

About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because...

  • You have 2+ years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition coordination.
  • You have strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • You have clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • You have the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
About the Team

We're a supportive and collaborative team that helps employees navigate the exciting (and sometimes complex) experience moving across borders for work. Whether it's handling visa details, coordinating relocations, or answering questions about new country requirements, we're here to make sure everyone feels informed and taken care of. Global Mobility works with colleagues across the People Experience team, legal, and other departments-always with a focus on making the process smoother, more human and less stressful for everyone involved.
