Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end management of employee immigration needs.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and assistance throughout the immigration process.
- Help manage a portfolio of immigration matters to facilitate timely and accurate submissions of government petitions and applications.
- Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth transitions and timely case updates.
- Ensure adherence to global mobility policies, employment laws, and immigration requirements.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with global immigration regulations and stay abreast of changes in laws that affect immigration sponsorship.
- Prepare mobility reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting trends, costs, and compliance metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate processing and coordination.
- Contribute to training materials and knowledge sharing across HR and business teams.
- Support the development and implementation of global mobility process enhancements and policy updates.
- Communicate with internal clients regarding business immigration laws.
- Field of study in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience specifically in global mobility, and international assignments administration.
- Familiarity with global immigration concepts.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
- Experience with vendors such as immigration counsel or relocation management companies.
