The Global Mobility Analyst supports the administration and delivery of global mobility programs. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations, provides analytical insights, and delivers a high-quality experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end management of employee immigration needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and assistance throughout the immigration process.
  • Help manage a portfolio of immigration matters to facilitate timely and accurate submissions of government petitions and applications.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure smooth transitions and timely case updates.
  • Ensure adherence to global mobility policies, employment laws, and immigration requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with global immigration regulations and stay abreast of changes in laws that affect immigration sponsorship.
  • Prepare mobility reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting trends, costs, and compliance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate processing and coordination.
  • Contribute to training materials and knowledge sharing across HR and business teams.
  • Support the development and implementation of global mobility process enhancements and policy updates.
  • Communicate with internal clients regarding business immigration laws.
  • Field of study in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience specifically in global mobility, and international assignments administration.
  • Familiarity with global immigration concepts.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
  • Experience with vendors such as immigration counsel or relocation management companies.
