Overview

Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services.
Within the Services organization, Customer Acquisition & Engagement (CAE) places Mastercard at the heart of our customer's B2C and B2B growth and loyalty strategies. As part of CAE, Marketing Services helps our customers acquire, engage, and retain customers with end-to-end digital marketing services differentiated by our global marketing expertise and track record, data and technology advantage, global network of preferred partners, and Mastercard brand assets.
Key Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for managing existing and supporting the development and deployment of new, scalable Marketing Services solutions to Mastercard customers at a global level. The solutions will be targeted to help grow and improve important business KPIs of clients like acquisition or card spend optimization. This means creating frameworks that will provide a seamless and effective approach to each necessity of lifecycle management as well as aligning with Regional Product Management teams on regional needs and go-to-markets strategies. Additionally, this position will also be the key support in the markets for our Business Development and Client Services teams, be a solution ambassador and providing thought leadership. This professional will be always looking for improving our solutions with new technologies, better usage of data, best partners selection, and results measurement. These Marketing Services solutions will be the library for Business Development and Client Services teams, be offered to our customers and should bring the best possible results and scale the business across the regions.
List of key responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Innovation• Define and drive Mastercard's global marketing services strategy across key areas: paid media optimization, audience targeting, lifecycle marketing, and personalization.• Embed best practices in marketing mix modeling, incrementality measurement, and channel allocation across regional and client marketing strategies.• Lead the evolution of value-added services focused on acquisition, engagement, and spend growth for issuers, merchants, and other niche use cases.
Media Planning & Optimization• Oversee the development and implementation of paid media strategies, ensuring optimal performance across channels (search, social, display, programmatic, mass/offline media).• Build scalable media playbooks and frameworks, leveraging Mastercard's proprietary data and insights, client's data, open sources to drive decision making and ROI.• Partner with internal media analytics and external agencies to test and optimize campaigns, applying A/B testing.
Partnership Development• Lead Mastercard's strategic collaboration with martech/media partners to unlock new data-driven marketing capabilities.• Define joint value propositions, co-create marketing execution models (e.g., CDP integrations, digital activation layers), and drive adoption at scale.• Support commercial integration of media tools and services into Mastercard's broader go-to-market and data solutions offering.
Thought Leadership & Enablement• Serve as a global ambassador for Mastercard Marketing Services developing thought leadership, contributing to industry forums, and enabling Mastercard teams globally.• Create training, toolkits, and commercial content to support client engagements, business development, and delivery teams.• Engage with business development, and delivery teams to enhance existing products/offerings and playbooks/frameworks.
Qualifications• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, or marketing technology.• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed global organization and influence senior stakeholders.• Experience in leading multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Experience in leading delivery and implementation of complex solutions and measuring impact on clients' business.• Experience in optimizing digital media campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social, display, search, video, etc.).• Client-facing experience, with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical audiences.• Deep knowledge of marketing technologies and measurement & activation platforms (e.g., CDPs, DSPs, media mix platforms).• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills-able to synthesize complex solutions into clear value narratives.• Local language and English are a must, other language a plus.
