You will be responsible within global SCM MTI ( Material to Inventory), for the delivery of global SAP S4H, ECC & non SAP projects with manufacturing scope in Mondelēz International across MEU/NALA/AMEA. Working collaboratively with our global strategic or regional partners to deliver regional projects and solutions.
How you will contribute
You will work closely with the enterprise architecture team to chart technology roadmaps, standards, best practices and guiding principles, providing your subject matter expertise and technical capabilities to oversee specific applications in architecture forums and when participating in workshops for business function requirements. In collaboration with the enterprise architecture and solution teams, you will help evaluate specific applications with a goal to bring in new capabilities based on the strategic roadmap. You will also deliver seamless integration with the existing ecosystem and support project teams in implementing these new technologies, offer input regarding decisions on key technology purchases to align IT investments with business strategies while reducing risk and participate in technology product evaluation processes and Architecture Review Board governance for project solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Report directly into MDS (Mondelēz Digital Services)MDS Global Director MTI Technical Lead;
- Support of defined MTI global processes ( manufacturing, warehousing, planning, quality management ) in SAP and Non-SAP solutions
- Support assigned projects using the Mondelez Europe methodology, ensuring that fit for purpose solution are delivered on time, on budget and that benefits are measurable and achievable;
- Close collaboration with business and reginal/ global teams .
- Support on implementing initiatives already identified.
- Operate across MDS and the appropriate business functional areas to drive the MTI delivery stream agenda and provide functional expertise as needed globally for MTI template design.
- Representation of MDS functional area as part of MTI project team Including presentation to senior stakeholder forums / project governance board
- Close collaboration with O9 & LogOps global teams e.g. solution templates; strategy; support, documentation)

Job specific requirements:
- Proficient in English, spoken and written, an additional language is a benefit
- Process and Service Oriented in Supply Chain/Manufacturing area (planning, execution, quality management, replenishment, plant maintenance, plant warehousing)
- Business process savvy
- Functional/technical skills in SAP S4HANA/ECC/eWM/ePPDS; DevOps
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with Change
Functional Competency:
- General Work Experience in SAP and Non SAP apps in Supply Chain/ Manufacturing/ EWM & Planning
- Project Management experience
- Having experience in implementing related systems and SAP transformation/migration projects
- (SAP S/4HANA & SAP ECC ) End-to-End process design understanding & knowledge
