About the role
We are currently looking for a role of Global Master Data Specialist to join our HQ Global Corporate team in Supply Chain function.
The Global Master Data Specialist executes global product master data management activities across backend and frontend systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and continuity across markets. The role manages assigned master data tasks autonomously, supporting product lifecycle execution, reporting and reliable system operations.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Execute product master data creation and maintenance activities across backend and frontend systems in line with global standards.
- Perform master data quality checks and validations, ensuring completeness, consistency and traceability.
- Maintain master data readiness and continuity to support product launches in alignment with Marketing department, phase‑in / phase‑out and portfolio changes.
- Execute assigned data cleansing and correction activities to improve usability and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain master data documentation within assigned scope.
- Execute data extracts and standard reports to support KPI monitoring and operational needs.
- Support master data activities linked to system evolutions by performing validation and readiness checks.
- Execute issue handling and follow‑ups, escalating non‑standard cases as defined.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
- 1–5 years of experience in master data management, product data, supply chain data or similar roles in international environments.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel and master data processes; familiarity with data governance principles is a plus.
- Ability to manage tasks autonomously within own scope with high attention to data accuracy.
- Full professional proficiency in English.

Compensation & Benefits
Applicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)
Contractual Level: Employee Level 2°
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time
The reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €35.000 - €48.000. The actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and specific skills and knowledge and also to the educational background.
The position is also eligible for an annual Company bonus (‘premio di risultato’) linked to business performance, in line with Company policies.
