Interface is looking for a Global Marketing Project Manager (PM) to lead both end-to-end product launches and high-impact strategic marketing initiatives and transformation efforts across Interface's three brands: Interface, nora, and FLOR.

As a Global Marketing PM at Interface, you will do more than manage schedules. You will be the operational engine responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned with business and go-to-market objectives. This role balances executional excellence with strategic leadership, requiring the ability to seamlessly shift between launch delivery and broader organizational initiatives.

To achieve this, you will collaborate with diverse global teams—creative project managers, brand managers, digital marketing, communications/PR, regional marketing, and product design/development teams.

This role demands strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and strong execution to deliver both successful product launches and strategic initiatives.

We are looking for someone with a unique blend of interpersonal skills and communication acumen, an ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail, and a strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset to navigate overlapping timelines and evolving priorities, while also helping to drive greater team productivity and operational efficiency.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
• Will accept a minimum of 10 years of relevant job experience in lieu of a degree
• Project Management or Creative Traffic certification is advantageous

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years progressive experience in marketing project management or agency project management

• Experience managing end-to-end project/product launches preferred
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives preferred
• Experience driving change, transformation, or optimization projects a plus

Skills Required:

• Proven skills in goal setting, resource coordination, budget management, and data analysis
• Adept organizational skills to handle competing priorities and engage with leadership on strategies
• Ability to see the big picture and incorporate problem solving, critical thinking, and tactical execution into daily work
• Exceptional multitasking, decision-making, and communication abilities
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to adapt messaging to audience.
• Self-starter with proactive and conscientious approach to work
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience with Hive or comparable project management systems
• Familiarity with creative production processes is a plus
• Ability to manage high-volume, repeatable workflows efficiently
• Ability to manage ambiguity and evolving project scope
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership alignment
• Strategic thinking with the ability to connect day-to-day execution to broader business goals

• Familiarity with flooring or related industries is a plus

Essential Duties:

• Lead end-to-end execution of project/product launches, from planning through go-to-market readiness
• Lead and manage strategic marketing initiatives and transformation projects from concept through execution
• Work closely with brand managers, creative teams, product teams, digital teams, and regional marketing to plan & execute key initiatives

• Drive clear, consistent communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and proactive risk management

• Own and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and scalable ways of working
• Provide guidance on improving efficiency and execution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors
• Lead multiple workstreams and project teams across the globe simultaneously
• Integrate and maintain project/program documentation across teams

Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive resolution to maintain momentum

• Ensure accurate project tracking, reporting, and visibility within project management tools

Physical Demands:

• Use of standard office equipment and computer
• Frequent work under tight deadlines
• Occasional travel

Work Environment:

• Open office environment
• Hybrid schedule: Minimum of 3 days per week in the Atlanta office, 2 days remote, with occasional travel to our LaGrange location
