Role Summary:

The Global Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for product commercialization, go-to- market planning, lead generation, customer engagement, content development, and other marketing communication activities with the goal of reaching new customers, retaining existing customers and expanding the footprint of Flowserve in the end markets it serves.

This position strategizes and implements global product go-to-market plans for the business segment in close partnership with product directors, managers and engineers, as well as external agencies, sales leaders, marketing and communications partners and distribution channel partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deploy value-driven messaging that positions Flowserve as an industry leader and engages / attracts new customers through traditional in-person and modern digital channels in partnership with key stakeholders (Product Managers, Sales and Channel Leads)

  • Work closely with the product management team to plan and execute global go-to- market strategies.

  • Engage in demand generation activities such as leading tradeshows, developing email marketing & social media strategies, media interactions, customer presentations etc.

  • Act as liaison for the product management and sales teams and ensure that sales agents are well-resourced with the content, training, and knowledge of available assets to actively work and close deals in the sales pipeline.

  • Build and manage robust lead nurturing programs that support the lead to revenue lifecycle.

  • Create and lead campaigns and initiatives that deliver assigned business goals: lead generation, pipeline contribution, customer satisfaction and retention, and revenue contribution.

  • Develop recommendations to shape marketing objectives through data-driven insights.

  • Work in coordination with corporate marketing initiatives to implement marketing automation programs and campaigns.

  • Manage budget to support platform needs in product marketing and demand generation activities.

  • Track and analyze ROI of product marketing initiatives and activities.

  • Strive to test, learn, and define new best practices; collaborate closely with team members to share, learn and elevate our level of B2B Direct Marketing expertise.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8–10 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience in business-to-business marketing and product marketing.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of online marketing tools for executing programs such as email campaigns, webinars, and social media initiatives.

  • Solid background in managing project budgets effectively.

  • Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple demands in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, often under strict deadlines.

  • Strong track record of collaborating with stakeholders across diverse functions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Adept at managing projects and leading project teams to successful outcomes.

  • Proficient in analyzing data and leveraging insights to drive program improvements.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation software is preferred.

  • Background in the industrial sector is highly desirable.

  • Prior leadership in marketing programs or agency experience is preferred.
