Job Description

This is your opportunity to join the Global Commercial Marketing Programs team – a high-performance team that brings products, solutions and breakthrough marketing approaches into the market faster and more efficiently than ever before at Agilent Technologies. This position offers the opportunity to blend your business, creative and technical savvy to develop and manage global marketing programs in support of the company’s sustainability products and solutions, product, segment and executive leadership functions and geographies to lead cross-functional teams in marketing program identification, development, and execution for successful promotion and revenue growth with a focus on solutions that support our customer's sustainability goals.

This individual contributor role requires a strong understanding of marketing program strategy development and campaign design; demonstrating the ability to translate Agilent’s objectives to drive awareness, engagement and demand for sustainable products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with commercial marketing, brand and PR, create innovative marketing program and campaign strategies to support awareness and demand generation goals by offering sustainable workflow solutions that meet customer needs

  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Program Managers, field and channel partners to analyze related competitive information, market and customer data; facilitate effective program development that meets multi-regional needs; ensuring global efficacy of programs and aligned execution

  • Collaborating with Segment Marketing managers, Product Marketing Managers, Brand, PR, Corporate Environmental Social Governance (EGS) and Marketing Communications professionals to develop strategic customer-centric messaging and positioning that is translated into marketing collateral, promotion and commercialization plans

  • Performing financial analyses and building cases for programs; identifying target audiences and offers for a program; working with Marcom to develop program plans and the appropriate marcom mix; define content requirements to support the customer buying journey and digital engagement activities

  • Defining Agilent.com sustainability messaging, content requirements, SEO, SEM and Social Media strategies in partnership with the Commercial Marketing Brand Organization

  • Measuring and evaluating the short- and long-term impacts and return on investment of programs. Implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement of program strategy and design, as the need arises

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent

  • Post-graduate and/or certification in Marketing may be required

  • 8+ years marketing experience for entry to this level

  • 5+ years of demonstrated results in a commercial marketing role

  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability efforts worldwide recommended (professional or personal members/associations)

  • Experience developing B2B marketing programs and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and demand

  • Proven results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal focused plans that align with strategic objectives

Additional Details

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $127,680.00 - $235,410.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
