Job Description

The Global Marcom Specialist is responsible for the design, development and implementation of multi tactic marketing campaigns to perform against defined marketing goals. This individual is responsible for all campaign project management aspects, including tactic mix selection, budget management, performance tracking and reporting.

You will work closely with the global Marketing Program Manager to define campaign strategy and goals – and with various internal functions and external partners for campaign asset development and implementation.

The ideal candidate brings a formal marketing education with 4+ years’ experience in a marketing, branding or marketing communications role, plus ability to successfully work in a large matrix organization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key to succeeding in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Global and Regional Marketing Program Managers to identify, develop and implement an effective campaign design to meet key business objectives and additional KPI’s (per the annual operational plans)

  • Ensure adherence to Agilent brand and design standards and consistent messaging across programs, campaigns and deliverables

  • Leads the development and delivery of all campaign assets such as eDM, landing pages, multi-media, media, web pages, key sales collateral (brochures, flyer) and campaign announcements on time and on budget

  • Work with Agilent internal groups and external agencies for development, localization and implementation of campaign assets

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to continually optimize campaign outcome. Provide monthly campaign dashboard to monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize results

  • Review and discuss campaign strategy and results with global and regional MPM and PLs/Segments stakeholders during quarterly marketing planning/review meetings to ensure strategic goals are met

  • Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders such as Product and Segment Marketing, Global and Regional Marketing Program teams, and external partners to facilitate quality and timely delivery of projects

  • Own campaign budget allocation and cost tracking in Agilent systems to support ROMI analysis

  • Maintain projects and documents in Agilent databases and content management systems scope and complexity

Location: Must be commutable to Wilmington, DE office. This is a hybrid position.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of marketing and/or marketing strategy and communications experience

  • BA/BS or demonstrable equivalent in Marketing, Marketing Communications, and/or Business Degree

  • Cross-discipline Marcom skills with demonstrated competency in implementing a wide mix of tactics including Demand Generation, advertising, PR, direct marketing, E-pushes, print mailings, customer events, social media

  • Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage external partnerships across time zones

  • Previous experience and the ability to work as part of a virtual global team and organization

  • Excellent ability to lead multiple projects that are deadline oriented, handle interruptions, and to be flexible with changing tasks. Ability to identify creative solutions for complex issues

  • Knowledge of graphical software and html editors (Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator)

  • Computer literate and fluent in utilization of Microsoft Office applications, translation technologies, content management systems and other enterprise solutions

  • Ability to give clear, concise and constructive feedback to both internal and external resources

  • Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
