Reporting to the Vice President Marketing, Fabrication Technology the Global MarCom Sr. Program Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for global marketing communications programs, integrated advanced financial management and program/project execution. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, drives operational excellence and fosters cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful results.

Primary Duties:

Program & Project Leadership

  • Define, prioritize, and oversee global MarCom programs and projects to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project scopes, schedules, and resource allocation for high-impact initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project delivery, driving execution, resolving challenges, and ensuring quality standards.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, workflows, and team performance to maximize efficiency and results.

  • Ownership and management of enterprise project management software.

Financial Management & Compliance

  • Provide strategic oversight of Global MarCom budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial best practices

  • Lead financial planning and forecasting, delivering actionable insights to guide senior leadership decisions

  • Ensure rigorous compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements, including SOX and internal audit standards

  • Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations

  • Optimizing integration and performance of financial systems (SAP, Medius, etc.)

Organizational Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global marketing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

  • Lead regular status meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions to drive team engagement, alignment and growth.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders, providing clear updates on program status, financials, and risks.

  • Promote transparent communication and collaboration across departments and regions to ensure organizational alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or related field

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in program/project management and financial oversight within marketing or communications

  • Proven track record of leading global teams and managing complex budgets

  • Experience working with diverse global teams, including creative, production, and analytics, to drive project success

  • Demonstrated expertise with ERP and workflow/project management tools (SAP, Medius, Oracle, Wrike, Jira, Asana, Planisware, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Adobe Creative Cloud a plus

  • Advanced Power BI experience required for data analysis and reporting

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting project updates to stakeholders at various levels

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus

Working Conditions

  • This is a primarily desk-based role that involves frequent use of a computer for work management and communication.

  • Requires participation in multiple meetings per day, including virtual meetings, project discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Must be comfortable working with remote team members across multiple time zones, requiring flexibility in scheduling.

  • May occasionally require extended hours to meet project deadlines or accommodate time zone differences.

  • Occasional travel might be required not exceeding 10%
