Ultradent, an award-winning, global dental manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced, talented Global Marketing Analyst to join our team. The Global Marketing Analyst will be responsible for not only facilitating access to complex marketing data, but translating it into actionable insights that drive performance across the organization. This role will be a key contributor to global marketing strategy, so we are searching for a confident, analytical team player who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Lead advanced marketing analytics and reporting across multiple channels, including social, email, print, video, web, and emerging platforms
- Serve as the primary point of contact for analytics and reporting needs across regional and cross-functional teams
- Analyze campaign performance, web analytics, and customer behavior to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Design, develop, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Conduct keyword research, SEO/SEM analysis, and content performance evaluations to inform acquisition strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance optimization decisions
- Generate executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Drive improvements in data quality, attribution methodologies, and reporting efficiency
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members
- Support program and project coordination, including managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment
- Operate with minimal supervision, independently resolving complex analytical and reporting challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field is ideal
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related discipline is ideal
- Strong proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta analytics, Asana, Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and event management platforms
- Experience analyzing multi-channel campaigns and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence decision-making across teams
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
- Power BI and/or GA4 (Google Analytics 4) certifications preferred
- MBA or other advanced degree with a focus on marketing, analytics, business strategy, or a related field preferred
- Project management or agile certification (e.g., PMP or CSM) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
