Ferring+You
You will be supporting the consolidation and reporting of Group CoGS P&L, along with the coordination of TechOps budget and forecast cycles. You will provide financial guidance to selected manufacturing sites, delivers business partnering to Manufacturing Technology & Science and the External Manufacturing Network, and managing cost center controlling for multiple global TechOps functions. The position ensures data integrity and compliance, prepares financial analyses and review materials, develops models to support decision‑making, oversees FTE reporting, and drives process improvements and performance insights across the TechOps organization.
Your day at Ferring
Support preparation, coordination, and management of Group CoGS P&L consolidation for month‑end, year‑end, budgets, and forecasts.
Assist selected TechOps manufacturing sites with financial guidance to enhance performance and productivity.
Provide full business partnering support to Manufacturing Technology & Science (incl. Medical Devices) and External Manufacturing Network leadership.
Deliver cost center controlling and reporting for several global TechOps functions (SNO, EMN, MT&S, Adstiladrin, G&A Finance).
Consolidate TechOps actual CoGS across Sales@COPS, TechOps Cost of Sales, and M&S cost components.
Prepare analyses, narratives, and financial review reports for Group Finance, TechOps Leadership, and Controllers’ community.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with IFRS, ICS, and internal guidelines while supporting efficient closing processes.
Support coordination and execution of TechOps monthly forecasts and annual budget cycles, including timelines and stakeholder communication.
Provide financial performance reviews, identify improvement areas, propose corrective actions, and develop analytical frameworks for sites.
Build financial models, scenario analyses, and provide cost center controlling (incl. FTE management, Anaplan/DIMA submissions) for assigned functions.
Behind our innovation…There’s you
Degree in Business Economics with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Controlling within a multinational environment.
Previous finance experience in a manufacturing site’s finance department with an understanding of manufacturing cost accounting strongly preferred.
Previous experience in Group consolidation and reporting (financial and analytical) preferred.
Good understanding of financial, controlling and accounting principles.
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
Strong team player with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Work independently with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
An analytical mindset and be a self-starter, being able to see opportunities and solve problems independently.
