About the job

We are an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. We’re also a company where you can flourish and grow your career, with countless opportunities to explore, make connections with people, and stretch the limits of what you thought was possible. Ready to get started?

Join our Global Manufacturing and Supply Services Team as QA/QC Data & Analytics Business Expert and you can help make it happen. Our mission is to deliver and support Global M&S teams in partnership with Business and Digital, and drive priority and transformative initiatives across the organisation. Your job? You’ll be responsible for the structure and maintenance of the global quality data referential and to advise on its appropriate and consistent usage across digital projects and processes.

Main responsibilities

You will help manage quality data for Sanofi's digital systems. Your job is to make sure our quality data is accurate, complete, and follows the rules. This supports our QA, QC, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams.

You'll work with quality data (master data, transactional data, meta data) from different systems (core solutions) across all Sanofi business units. Your work helps improve how fast we work and ensures we follow regulations to support performance (e.g., productivity, cycle time optimization) & compliance (e.g., data integrity, data accuracy, data availability).

You'll work closely with process owners, project leaders, system owners, and IT teams to build and maintain good data models for our core systems (managing source data solutions as well as Data Foundation/data lake). You'll also connect with data governance teams across Sanofi (Manufacturing & Supply, R&D, Global Regulatory).

You'll help with AI and data analytics projects (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive) by providing expertise on quality data - how to get it, structure it, and use it for reporting and predictions (data sourcing, data modelling, data structure, data ingestion).

Your Main Tasks

1) Help Manage Our Global Quality Data

Help build and update our global quality data standards by learning business processes and working with senior team members and Business Process Owners.

Check how changes to processes or systems might affect our data (impact analysis).

Work with process owners, project leaders, and IT experts to keep our data models up to date.

Coordinate with Sanofi's data governance teams to make sure our quality data follows company standards.

Work with IT architects to make sure our data works well with other systems.

2) Support Digital Projects

Help project teams use quality data correctly by sharing knowledge with quality and IT experts.

Explain current and future data standards to teams.

Help quality teams learn how to use data better.

Represent quality requirements in data projects to ensure we follow regulations.

3) Support AI and Analytics Projects

Help teams working on data lakes, AI, and analytics projects use quality data properly.

Contribute to systems about how our quality systems store data (formats, names, connections between systems).

Use data tools and dashboards to help teams use data correctly.
