Experience Required

    • 1-2 years of experience in global logistics operations and practices.
    • 1-2 years in a customer service role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Familiarity with third-party small parcel and freight tracking programs.
    • Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
