The position
Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an Global Logistics E2E Intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.
Tasks throughout the various roles can include:
• The role is responsible for analysing operational data to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• This person ensures visibility of key performance indicators through reports and dashboards that support data driven decision making.
• This person develops and leads action plans derived from analysis results, coordinating with cross-functional teams and BUs lead to ensure effective execution and measurable outcomes.
• The position also involves conducting root cause analyses to identify underlying issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
About you
• Advanced Excel skills (pivotable, lookup functions)
• Data analysis: ability to interpret, visualize and draw insights from large datasets
• Power BI - experience in building or maintaining dashboards (nice to have)
• SAP - familiarity with ERP or supply chain modules (nice to have)
• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
• Ability to lead tasks or initiatives with minimal supervision
• Project management skills - plan, coordinate, execute cross-functional projects
• Strong teamwork and communication with all stakeholders
Job requirements:
• You are enrolled at a European university for the entire duration of the internship.
• You are at the end of your bachelor, or in your master's degree: Supply Chain / Industrial Engineering/ Economics/Business Administration/ Data Analytics
• You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
• NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

Professional Attributes:
Computer proficiency: including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint.
Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
Ability to Simplify: We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast. Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated, when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.
Analytical: We're a very data driven company. You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset.
Project management skills: Time management has no secrets for you. You're organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You know how to bring multiple projects to a successful ending within the given timeframe.
High pressure: You don't get easily stressed by pressure; a demanding and dynamic environment is what keeps you energized.
Team player: Self-motivated, flexible and a team player who likes to work with people within a multicultural environment.
Eagerness to learn about Supply Chain & Logistics in an international, fast-moving environment.

What we offer you
Program start date: January 2026.
Duration: 6 months.
Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.
Location: Amsterdam.
This is a hybrid position, you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
