All about the role:
The Global Logistics & 3PL Operations Manager is responsible for end-to-end operational governance of Electrolux’s outsourced warehouse network and international inbound/outbound logistics. This role manages performance across four global distribution locations operated by three third-party logistics partners (3PLs), oversees international ocean freight execution, manages customs brokerage escalations, and serves as the subject matter expert for Cin7 inventory and order execution. This role is accountable for service performance, cost control, process standardization, and exception management across global logistics operations.

This position will be based at the Electrolux's HQ office located in Charlotte NC, hybrid work policy model.
What you’ll do:
Own operational performance across four global warehouses operated by three 3PL partners.
Define, monitor, and report on 3PL KPIs (service level, inventory accuracy, throughput, SLA compliance).
Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with 3PL partners.
Manage day-to-day operational exceptions and escalations.
Partner with Procurement and Finance on contract adherence and issue resolution.
Review, validate, and approve 3PL invoices against contractual rates and activity volumes.
Investigate billing discrepancies and drive corrective actions with providers.
Support cost-to-serve analysis and continuous cost improvement initiatives.
Manage an offshore team responsible for execution and tracking of inbound ocean shipments to all four warehouses.
Ensure timely bookings, documentation accuracy, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
Act as escalation point for carrier, forwarder, and routing guide deviations.
Drive standard work and productivity across the offshore logistics execution team.
Serve as primary escalation point for customs brokerage issues across regions.
Resolve entry, classification, valuation, and clearance exceptions in partnership with brokers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure shipments are cleared timely to protect service and inventory availability.
Partner with Trade Compliance and Legal as needed on non-standard issues.
Develop, document, and maintain global SOPs for warehouse execution, inbound logistics, and exception handling.
Ensure SOP alignment across regions while allowing for local regulatory requirements.
Lead standardization efforts across 3PLs to reduce variability and execution risk.
Support new 3PL onboarding, transitions, and process changes.
Act as the logistics and warehouse subject matter expert for Cin7.
Support configuration, troubleshooting, and process design within Cin7 related to inventory, orders, and fulfillment.
Partner with IT, Operations, and Planning on system enhancements and issue resolution.
Train internal users and 3PL partners on standard system usage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3+ years in global logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
Minimum 3 years of experience in international ocean freight, Incoterms, and managing global 3PL partners.
Hands-on experience with customs brokerage and import/export issue resolution.
Experience leading offshore or shared-service teams.
Solid financial skills, including invoice validation and cost analysis.
Proven ability to build SOPs and reporting (Power BI / Power Query) across distributed operations.
Experience with OMS/WMS platforms (e.g., Cin7, NetSuite, SAP) preferred.
Background in consumer durables, aftermarket parts, or D2C, with multi-region (US, EMEA, APAC) exposure, preferred.
