What your new challenge will look like
As a Global Learning Coordinator / Training Management, you will:
Organize and coordinate internal and external learning and training activities - from planning and scheduling to attendance management and training evaluation.
Act as the key user for our Learning Management System (Workday Learning), ensuring smooth operations while driving technical and process improvements, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting reporting needs.
Manage key operational tasks such as invoice processing, contract handling, and budget approvals, while also supporting policy coordination and leading the annual bottom-up feedback process across the organization.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure that learning initiatives are well-executed, projects are effectively managed, and operations and processes are continuously optimized for efficiency, workflow and quality.
Why you belong at 4flow
You have at least three years of relevant work experience and a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in business, psychology, adult education or related field. Alternatively, candidates with completed vocational training combined with 5+ years of relevant professional experience are also warmly encouraged to apply.
You’re confident in working with LMS systems (ideally Workday Learning), not just on an operational level, but also with a focus on tool and process optimization.
You’re fluent in English and communicate clearly and confidently, collaborating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. German language skills are a plus.
You take a proactive approach to improvement and change, always focus on optimizing processes and how things work.
You’re highly organized and enjoy working in a structured, solution- and service-oriented way, while your strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and solid technical understanding round out your profile.
