Lyra Health are recruiting a Global Learning and Development Operations Coordinator to support critical operational coverage for the US time zone/s and to support the increasing coordination demands.
This role is essential to maintaining service delivery standards, optimising resource allocation and ensuring smooth operational execution for our clients.
This role is full time, Monday to Friday and we are offering a hybrid set up where you can work from home and attend the Lyra Central America office in Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities
- Resource Bookings & Administrative Support
- Secure appropriate and cost-effective resources for L&D events within required timelines.
- Provide administrative support to the Global L&D department, ensuring smooth execution of training logistics.
- Accurately record event bookings, financial processing, and resource tracking in Lyra systems.
- Maintain clear and professional correspondence with clients, global teams, and sales consultants.
- Administer client access rights to Lyra Learning Systems where applicable.
- Provide basic technical support for clients utilizing L&D platforms.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma (minimum) or undergraduate degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in administrative support, event coordination, or Learning & Development operations.
- Location: Must be based in Mexico.
- Languages: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Flexibility:
Required to attend international meetings outside standard working hours.
Standard working hours should align with U.S. time zones.
