Main Purpose:
As a Senior Analyst in Global Learning & Development, you will be the catalyst for creating meaningful learning journeys that elevate Puma Energy’s global workforce. From engaging leadership workshops to curating content that empowers employees at every level, you’ll leave your fingerprint on a high-growth organization’s future success. Beyond delivering impactful programs, you’ll spearhead global learning operations, turning insights into action while connecting learning outcomes to strategic business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Facilitation & Delivery:
Become the face of transformational learning at Puma Energy by:
- Leading from the front: Design, develop, and deliver compelling training programs for leadership, mid-management, and entry-level talent, using Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT).
- Elevating soft skills: Facilitate thought-provoking workshops on topics like team collaboration, conflict resolution, business communication, and leadership effectiveness amongst many others.
- Empowering facilitators: Mentor first time facilitators and subject matter experts by co-facilitating programs, providing constructive feedback, and supporting the overall growth.
- Continuous enhancement: Refine and customize training experiences through feedback loops and innovation to ensure every session delivers maximum impact.
2. Learning Administration Excellence:
Own the operational heartbeat of Puma Energy’s global learning initiatives by:
- Masterminding learning events: Take full ownership of end-to-end lifecycle management of global training programs with flawless execution, spanning logistical coordination, participant engagement, and follow-ups.
- Optimizing systems: Act as the administrator of Puma’s Learning Management System (Workday) and Learning Experience Platform (Degreed), ensuring seamless functionality, reporting, and an engaging user experience.
- Insights & analytics: Develop data-driven reporting systems to track engagement and effectiveness, delivering impactful stakeholder reports with actionable insights that tie learning outcomes to organizational success.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Build strong relationships with regional and in-country HR stakeholders to ensure learning aligns with strategic business priorities while fostering a culture of partnership across teams.
3. Course Design and Content Leadership:
Shape the future of Puma Energy’s talent by:
- Creating learning journeys: Perform extensive Training Needs Analysis to design curriculum with facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Crafting leadership roadmaps: Develop multi-phase leadership development frameworks and manager transition programs that empower employees to unlock their potential at every career stage.
- Content curation expertise: Manage and curate content on Puma’s Learning Experience Platform by collaborating with subject-matter experts and exploring innovative tools like Articulate and Colossyan.
- Bespoke design: Produce eye-catching course materials and slide decks that deliver clarity, value, and engagement.
Experience & Background:
- Graduate or post-graduate qualifications in HR, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
- At least 9+ years of proven success in Learning & Development, with expertise in facilitation and content creation
- Background in LMS administration, preferably Workday or Degreed, is a preference
- Track record of thriving in fast-paced, matrixed environments, preferably within global organizations.
- Experience in the oil or energy industry is a preference

Skills Required
- Graduate/Post Graduate qualification in HR or related field
- 3 years' experience as an HR coordinator/L&D coordinator
- Oil or Chemical industry experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced and matrixed global organization
- Background in LMS administration, preferably with Workday or Degreed
