Summary
The ITSM Process Manager for Change Management is responsible and accountable for managing and maintaining the IT Change Management process. You should be familiar with normal, standard, and emergency changes and understand their relationship to other IT service management processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and CMDB. Your role will primarily involve working in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Process Ownership and Coordination. Act as a Lead function and process owner on a global level for Change Management process. Maintaining, adapting and monitoring a comprehensive change management process for IT systems and services. Coordination monitoring of all activities/tasks during the change process, Planning and conducting of Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and management of Emergency Change Advisory Boards (ECABs)Monitoring the implementation of changes and conducting post-implementation reviews to assess success, identify learning experiences, and suggest continuous improvements. Monitoring and maintaining interfaces to other processes and procedures
- Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory. Advise our IT internal and IT external stakeholders on all questions regarding the Change Management process. Through careful coordination with stakeholders and consistent quality assurance, minimize the risk of changes, strive for uninterrupted implementation, and ensure a stable environment. Show an in-depth understanding of the global processes and implementation with regard to Change Management and related procedures
- Training, Documentation and Support. Responsible for planning and conducting trainings and workshops towards stakeholders regarding Change Management process and related processes and procedures. Prepare learning materials and knowledge articles; maintain documentation for the Change Management process. Guide and support the operational team with operational tasks. Temporarily take over tasks from other ITSM process modules as needed.

Education Qualifications (from an accredited college or university)
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
- Master's Degree preferred
Experience Qualifications
- 5-8 years or more extensive experience in IT service management, with a focus on Change Management required
- Good specific operational knowledge on required technology in order to provide the service (e.g. ServiceNow) required
- ITIL v3 or v4 certificate required
Travel
Ability to travel up to 10% Travel to other Daiichi Sankyo regions. International collaboration.
