Job Description

Your Impact

At Rexel Group, within the Integration team (50 people) supports strategic transformation initiatives across multiple countries, we are looking for a Program Manager. You will lead and coordinate strategic international IT programs across multiple countries and stakeholders. You will be leading the partner relations countrywise. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of complex technology initiatives, aligning business and IT objectives, and driving collaboration across global teams, vendors, and internal functions.

The Program Manager reports to the Group Delivery Manager.

This role requires strong program leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural and matrixed environment.

Acting as both a governance body and a delivery hub, the team ensures that transformation programs are aligned with business priorities and executed with operational excellence.

 

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

1) Lead and steer the strategic roadmap :

  • Define and drive the roadmap of transformation initiatives in alignment with country priorities and Group strategy
  • Ensure end-to-end program delivery (scope, planning, budget, risks, quality, value realization)
  • Validate partner commitments (SOW), monitor KPIs, and ensure milestone achievement
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore, business, digital, data, infrastructure)
  • Ensure delivery remains aligned with timelines, budget, quality, and business expectations
  • Prepare and present steering committee and executive-level reporting
  • Support decision-making by providing clear visibility on progress, challenges, and options
  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and operating model

 

2) Orchestrate country onboarding & stakeholder engagement :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for countries during transformation initiatives
  • Lead requirement framing workshops and align business needs with delivery capabilities
  • Structure and formalize onboarding frameworks to ensure scalability
  • Identify and manage local constraints, dependencies, and risks impacting deployment
  • Facilitate key governance meetings and provide clear visibility on progress, risks, and decisions
  • Ensure service quality and operational continuity through proactive risk & issue management
  • Adapt program execution to local needs while maintaining global consistency
  • Foster strong, trust-based relationships with country leadership teams

 

3) Build the teams efficiency and accountability :

  • Coordinate and align the work of internal teams and external consultants across all program activities
  • Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability among all contributors
  • Foster a collaborative working environment to support efficient delivery
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party partners
  • Develop scalable onboarding materials and delivery playbooks
  • Capitalize on use cases and lessons learned to reduce lead times and increase efficiency
  • Ensure alignment between infrastructure, security, and local teams through structured operating frameworks
  • Ensure effective coordination between vendors, internal teams, and country stakeholders.

 

    Qualifications

     

    • Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of professional experience
    • Foster a collaborative working environment to support efficient delivery
    • Strong expertise in project/program management methodologies and governance frameworks
    • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
    • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to challenge business teams constructively and drive alignment
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational needs into structured execution plans
    • Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity
    • Good understanding of IT environments, including applications, infrastructure, integration, and cybersecurity considerations
    • Fluent English (international exposure required)

    Additional Information

    Rexel offers an attractive compensation package with a 13-month base salary and an individual performance-based bonus. The company also provides a profit-sharing plan and additional benefits (health insurance, retirement plans, transport and meal allowances, etc.).
