You will partner with executives, business leaders, Human Resources, Marketing, and regional teams to turn complex information into clear, meaningful communication. What You Will Get to Do
Shape Our Story
- Develop and execute global communication strategies that connect employees to BCE’s priorities, performance, values, and culture.
- Create compelling corporate announcements, leadership messages, newsletters, intranet content, presentations, videos, FAQs, talking points, and manager resources.
- Translate complex business information into simple, engaging, and actionable communications.
- Bring our strategy to life through stories about employees, customers, innovation, safety, quality, and company achievements.
- Advise leaders on messaging, audience needs, timing, tone, and communication risks.
- Partner with Marketing to align internal and external messaging for major announcements, acquisitions, product news, and brand initiatives.
Connect Our People
- Build and manage an enterprise communications calendar across business units, brands, functions, and regions.
- Create campaigns that strengthen employee connection, belonging, and understanding of BCE’s mission and goals.
- Support global town halls, leadership forums, employee meetings, recognition programs, company events, and feedback initiatives.
- Tailor communications for different cultures, regions, facilities, work schedules, and employee populations.
- Maintain consistent communication standards, quality, timing, tone, and visual identity.
- Use employee feedback and communication data to improve content, channels, and the overall employee experience.
Lead Through Change
- Develop communication strategies for organizational changes, technology implementations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with leaders and project teams to create stakeholder messages, FAQs, presentations, manager toolkits, and employee resources.
- Equip managers to communicate change with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
- Ensure employees receive timely, accurate, and actionable information throughout periods of change.
- Measure employee awareness, understanding, and readiness, adjusting communication plans when needed.

Requirements
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–6 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, change communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience advising leaders and creating communications for multiple audiences, regions, or employee populations.
- Ability to simplify complex or sensitive information without losing accuracy or meaning.
- Strong relationship-building, project management, judgment, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of change management principles and employee communication practices.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint development, and familiarity with intranet or content management platforms.
- Ability to interpret engagement data and turn insights into practical improvements.
- Comfort operating with discretion and managing changing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience in a corporate, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment is preferred.
Salary: $75,000-$108,000

Dymax takes the compensation of its employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package including but not limited to location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Dymax salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range. The range listed is just one component of Dymax’s total compensation packages for employees.
