BSI is seeking motivated Interns to serve as research associates directly supporting the Intelligence Team. Selected interns will work directly with intelligence analysts to provide global risk information and data evaluation about these and other topics to government and corporate clients around the world. In doing so, associates will gain valuable experience as they develop their abilities to use research and analysis skills for real-world applications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct substantive research to support the SCS Intelligence Team, with a focus on CSR topics
- Generate intelligence analysis based on collected data and information
- Provide written intelligence reports and occasional oral briefings to SCS analysts and program directors
- Attend relevant events in support of SCS functional areas

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- Third- or fourth-year undergraduate students or graduate students enrolled in a behavioral/social sciences or biological or environmental sciences program, or other relevant programs, including international affairs, business, public policy, or law
- Proven research and analytical skills
- Strong writing and editing abilities
- Foreign language skills are highly desired
- Security clearance not required
