Global Integrated Campaign Marketing Lead
We're looking for a Global Integrated Campaign Marketing Lead to drive regional campaign strategy and execution, turning marketing priorities into pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and hands-on execution — you'll shape the regional campaign narrative, then roll up your sleeves to run the tactics that bring it to life across events, digital, and demand gen.
You'll partner closely with local sales, product, and external experts, plus colleagues across US Marketing, to build integrated campaigns that meet regional goals and capitalize on market opportunity. This is a highly cross-functional role — you'll need to influence without direct authority and keep multiple stakeholders aligned toward the same outcome.
What you'll do
- Run the campaigns program to meet regional goals and capture market opportunity.
- Shape local campaign themes, messaging, assets, and calls-to-action, working with US Marketing, Sales, and external experts.
- Execute an integrated mix of tactics — events, roundtables, email, webinars, social, SEO/SEM — to hit regional campaign goals.
- Liaise with local sales, product, and external experts to execute marketing priorities and programs.
- Track results, manage lead qualification, and own the handover process to Inside Sales.
- Influence deals in the active pipeline through ongoing marketing activity and help accelerate pipeline velocity to speed deal closure.
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting and dashboards using Marketo and Salesforce.
- Monitor and improve the quality and completeness of customer data in Clearwater Analytics databases.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 3+ years of B2B field marketing and demand generation experience, particularly lead generation, nurturing, campaign execution, and measurement.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo or similar) and CRM systems; SFDC experience a plus.
- Experience across market research/analytics, strategic planning, campaign development, budget management, events, email/nurturing, digital, and social/SEO/SEM.
