Clearwater is seeking a self-starting, highly motivated, and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Recruiting Programs Lead. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this person will own the daily management and maintenance of the Workday Recruiting module, serve as the team's HRIS subject-matter expert, provide reporting and analytics to company leaders and other stakeholders, manage internal hiring within the United States, and facilitate Workday platform and hiring process enhancements.
The ideal candidate has a passion for recruitment operations and HRIS systems, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
What you will do:
Workday & HRIS Administration
- Manage the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the Workday Recruiting module, serving as the primary in-house HRIS point of contact for recruiting-related functionality
- Ensure the integrity of recruiting data within Workday, including conducting regular audits, resolving data discrepancies, and maintaining clean workflows across requisitions, candidate stages, and reporting fields
- Keep up to date on Workday platform releases and enhancements; evaluate new features and make recommendations for adoption
- Partner with the broader HRIS/HR Technology team on system integrations, testing, and change management related to recruiting workflows
- Configure and maintain recruiting-related business processes, security roles, and reporting structures within Workday
Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze candidate pipelines, hiring trends, time-to-fill, and other recruiting metrics to inform strategy and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular, accurate reporting and dashboards to the Head of Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders using Workday reporting tools and Excel/data visualization platforms
- Lead recurring hiring update calls with organizational leaders, translating data into actionable insights
Internal Mobility & Stakeholder Management
- Work with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to facilitate transfers, promotions, and other internal moves, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex internal relationships
- Manage internal hiring processes within the United States end-to-end
Process Improvement & Programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruiting processes and improve candidate experience
- Collaborate on university recruiting strategy, intern hiring, and staff/faculty relationships
- Assist with contract and invoice processing for Recruiting-related expenses
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a related field
- Demonstrated HRIS expertise, with hands-on Workday Recruiting module and Report Writer experience (configuration, business process administration, and/or reporting); broader Workday HCM knowledge a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work confidently with large data sets
- Intermediate/advanced Excel and data visualization skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
