Job Description- As part of the Bosch Service Solutions IT Organization, you will be responsible for breaking up specific Business requests into work packages and assign them to the members of the virtual global IT infrastructure team.
- Act as single point of contact for any resource requirements out of the global IT-Infrastructure team
- Ensure close collaboration with IT Engineers, IT Service Owners, Technical Team Leads Provide staffing proposal and suitable profiles to requestors
- Regular reports about the project status and resources utilization to the IT management
- Consolidate demands from internal and external projects into a worldwide resource and capacity IT solution
- role involving planning, scheduling, organizing and implementation of critical Infrastructure and network related projects across Bosch global data centers: EU, UK, APAC and AMER.
- Managing a variety of IT infrastructure projects including deployment of security tools for purpose driven audits.
- Accountable for projects, operational delivery, and quality.
- Reserve required capacities for projects & initiatives and build up an optimal resource pool for future requirements
- Project management of the IT infrastructure related projects
- Responsible for continuous improvement activities and plausibility checks of master planning consistency and quality
- Coordinate overlapping demands with other capacity managers
- Maintain and develop the resource and capacity planning IT solution
- University degree in the fields of business informatics, business engineering, engineering or similar qualifications or equivalent work experience
- Very good knowledge of capacity management and resource allocation
- 5+ Years of experience in leading and coaching teams in Agile principles
- Scrum Master Certified (CSM)
- Good analytical thinking, orchestration and organizational skills
- A broad technical understanding of IT Infrastructure and IT Applications
- ITIL Certified in IT Service Management is required
- Experience and knowledge of Jira and further Atlassian plugins is required
- Very good communication skills
- Intercultural experience
