About the Role:

We’re looking for a Global Infrastructure Manager to lead and evolve our IT infrastructure strategy across the U.S. and Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Colombia).

In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on technical knowledge to guide our infrastructure team and deliver secure, scalable, and reliable systems across regions. In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Provide strong leadership to an IT team, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance standards. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop, maintain and provide IT infrastructures services inclusive of Data Center, Networking (Switches, Routers, and Active Directory), Server Administration (Storage, Backup & Recovery, Disaster Recovery), Operating Systems (Installations, Upgrades, and Patching), Security/Firewalls, Telecommunications, Videoconferencing, Audio Visual and Printer support
• Partner with Water Quality and Veralto teams to enable ChemTreat’s networking priorities (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls) 
• Partner with Veralto Global Security to enable ChemTreat’s security priorities (e.g., vulnerability management, etc.) 
• Maintain and optimize infrastructure monitoring
• Manage and maintain infrastructure goals and metrics
• Investigate infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis and develop remediation processes to avoid recurrence
• Establish and enforce infrastructure-related standards and best practices; document procedures or standard work to ensure consistent operations
• Manage 3rd party vendor relationships and projects

The essential requirements of the job include: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems, related certification(s) or hands-on infrastructure work experience
• 5 years of experience implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure services
• 3 years as a people leader with IT budgeting, resource allocation, and project management
• Ability to plan, implement and maintain networking solutions, inclusive of security components (e.g. WIFI, Firewalls, VPN)
• Proficiency managing servers (both physical and virtual), operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, etc.), and services (e.g. Active Directory, LDAP, etc.)
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-V, or Kernel based Virtual Machine
• Experience with operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux), physical and virtual servers, storage solutions, backups, and disaster recovery
• Ability to implement and support telecommunications, videoconferencing, AV and printer solutions
• Familiarity with managing and troubleshooting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
