About the role
This team is responsible for managing the process of Integrated Business Planning globally; bringing the various pillars of business together for better decision making.
We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Expert to support supply and demand analysis within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics, data modelling, and forecasting techniques to optimize business performance, improve decision-making, and enhance overall demand planning & supply chain efficiency. This highly collaborative role is a critical part of success for the growing Integrated Business Planning team that has high exposure to senior leadership and influence on key business decisions.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Integrated Business Planning, the IBP Analytics Manager will be supporting IBP team on creating effective methods for data collection and analysis and recommending high quality data driven decisions. The ideal candidate has excellent analytics and problem-solving skills, a passion for crunching data and experience within supply chain planning environment.
Accountable for implementation of new reporting ways and preparations for monthly IBP reviews. This includes identifying trends & opportunities within the business data framework and implementing process improvements using data-driven approaches. Key aspect of the role is working closely with cross functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
Key accountabilities:
- Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate supply chain performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Improving the maturity level of IBP data analysis in markets, regions and categories by working closely with all functions to develop better processes and content.
- A scientific and rigorous approach to solving practical problems using logical thinking.
- Extract and transform data from multiple sources to create a unified data set.
- Strong business acumen - you are someone who can quickly absorb a new domain, and recognise what problems are most valuable for our stakeholders.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to constraints and respond constructively to new demands and challenges.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare reports as needed
- Knowledge of global market trends, consumer behaviour, and supply chain management concepts
About you
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with at least 5 years’ experience in S&OP processes in fast moving consumer goods or electronics manufacturer is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning is a plus.
- Excellent personal and business presentation skills, in particular the presentation of financial information to Senior Leadership across the organization.
- Awareness of global markets and complex supply chain planning processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding and working knowledge of financial planning process is ideal.
- Experience in working across functions and cultures.
