Are you our new Global HRBP
As a Global HRBP at Intrum in Stockholm you will play a crucial role in being the first point of contact in all HR-related matters to the functional management team thus managing all the different stakeholders in the function. The role is semi-strategic, tactical and operative in the sense that the HRBP will need to adapt to the business needs at hand and act on current events as well as be involve in more long term planning. The HRBP will also ensure that Global HR strategies are carried out and followed in the respective function as well as capturing business needs to further develop and progress global HR processes.
What will you do:
- HR Strategic, tactical and operative support to management/leadership teams (empowering leaders)
- Development and implementation of HR activities supporting any business challenge
- Development of management/leadership teams and their organisations/teams
- Support the business in change management issues
- Implementation and anchoring of Global HR initiatives, concepts, processes and policies
- Using data to influence decisions
- Strengthening company culture and employee experience
- Assist and proactively coach managers in building competitive teams
- Participating in various HR projects
- Competence analysis and mapping
- Support on adapting organisational design to improve efficiency
- Designing an ‘functional’ HR strategy that is in alignment with the business goals and Global HR strategy
What we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years proven experience as a HRBP and/or similar HR tasks
- Previous experience of working with senior stakeholders
- Extensive experience in being a part of senior management teams
- Proven track record of performing well in an international environment
- Experience from working in the Finance industry is a desirable
- Knowledge of Workday is a desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
