Job Description
Internal level: EB6
We are looking for a Global Head of HR Technology to evolve Experian's digital landscape to provide a seamless and world-class employee journey, promoting their commitment to being a top workplace.
Reporting into one of our Global Leaders, you will lead our complex HR technology transformation projects, from business case creation and vendor selection, to benefits realisation, overseeing the technology backbone for all HR systems and transitioning them to the cloud, promoting the change. It requires expertise knowledge of multiple Cloud HR technologies and products, such as Oracle eBusiness Suite, ServiceNow, Cornerstone, Applaud, and Smart RecruitersVisier, to create a technology offering ready for Experian's next phase.
You will deliver end-to-end implementation of a major On-Premise to Cloud HCM transformation programme using leading solutions like Oracle, or ServiceNow, and produce comprehensive project deliverables, including our requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
You will collaborate and partner with several global HR, Finance, and HRIT teams to lead successful change implementation. You will also build relationships with global process owners and business stakeholders, and applying AI/GenAI and technology advances to enhance the HR profession while ensuring compliance with AI principles, governance, and data security considerations.
Qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale HR technology transformations, including cloud implementations in complex, global matrix organisations.
- Have held previous leadership roles within the technology field; accountable for leading, motivating and inspiring a team of technologists.
- Knowledge of HR processes, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other related platforms. Specifically, experience transitioning Oracle from on-prem to the Cloud.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience using data to lead decision-making.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in data management in an international context.
- Agile methodology or experience working in an Agile way.
- Lean methodologies.
- Design thinking methods and tools.
